Does wearing earbuds cause potential physical health problems as the dirty, bacteria laden slabs of wax get pushed up into the ear canal and can't come out? You tell me. I'm not a doctor or nuthin'.

But this does not have much to do with earbuds at all. This is just something that happens to everyone basically. For some, it falls out while you sleep or take a shower. For others, you need some help to get it out.

Most common things to help cause this, q-tips and fingers

Ear wax gets out.

I'm a 27 year old male currently but I am going through going through gender dysphoria. Why do some transgender people (specifically transgender women since I see that the most) call themselves trannies or shemales? Aren't those offensive words?

Having a clump of earwax stuck in there is quite common, much more common than you would think. There are some oils to help get it out, and nurses at hospitals can check this for you. But some olive oil in there, tug on your ear and have someone help you get it out. You will be surprised.
